困难职工家庭子女“金秋助学金”和困难职工大病救助开始申请

今天，公司工会接察右后旗总工会通知，按照公开、透明，公平、公正的“两公开一监督”要求，做好本年度对困难职工家庭子女进行“金秋助学”和“大病救助”工作。
一、金秋助学
（一）申请条件
凡是具有察右后旗户籍的困难职工（含农牧民工，下同）家庭子女，参加2018年全国统一高考并被各类高等院校所录取的应届高中生和目前正在就读的在校大学生，符合下列条件之一者，均可提出“金秋助学”申请。
1.大病型困难职工家庭。家庭成员中有人在今年1-7月期间，因患大病而入院治疗。因医疗费支出巨大而造成的困难职工家庭，可以申请“金秋助学”。具体标准为：农民工家庭经医保报销之后，自付医疗费在1万元以上的；城镇及单职工家庭经医保报销之后，自付医疗费支出在2万元以上的；双职工家庭经医保报销之后，自付医疗费支出在3万元以上的，可以提出“金秋助学”申请。
2.残疾型困难职工家庭。家庭成员中有人因患有二级（含二级）以上重度残疾而丧失劳动能力的残疾困难家庭，其残疾证上盖有“经联合小组鉴定符合申领条件”印章的残疾困难职工家庭，可提出“金秋助学”申请。
